Strandings.org
As part of my work I have designed and written the marine strandings website www.strandings.org.
The website runs on a Solaris server and uses a combination of Google maps javascript API, Perl, CRAN-R and Latex. It is connected to a database of stranded marine animals and users can interrogate the database either mapping, tabulating or plotting some basic statistics of the results.
